Welcome to Stacy’s Chicken Salad Chick in Rome!!
When my late husband, Kevin, and I opened the very first Chicken Salad Chick in Auburn, AL, we hoped to create a place where people could feel valued, experience warm Southern hospitality and eat delicious homemade chicken salad. And, eleven years later that’s still the goal.
With Chicken Salad Chick expanding across the Southeast and beyond (I can’t believe we’re in 15 states!!), I now have the opportunity to offer our made-from-scratch food and service in my hometown of Rome, GA. It’s a chance to honor my parents. I grew up surrounded by so many wonderful family members and friends who made such an impact on me, that it can’t wait to serve them with my restaurant in return!
At Stacy’s Chicken Salad Chick, I hope you’ll experience the hospitality and menu we strive for in every Chicken Salad Chick, along with a few extra features that give Stacy’s Chicken Salad Chick its signature. In addition to our dozen varieties of chicken salad favorites, you’ll also find a few “vintage chick” flavors year-round, including Nutty Nana named after my mom and Jazzy Julie , my best friend and college roommate. I love our outdoor dining courtyard featuring café lighting, soft fabrics, and a fireplace. This lush natural space is accented by creeping fig and jasmine.
