Julie Beville & Michelle Singleton
Both Julie and Michelle started careers in marketing and sales before becoming stay-at-home parents. Michelle was a regular at her local Chicken Salad Chick in Auburn before learning about opportunities to franchise with us. She pitched the concept to her friend Julie, who was a little reluctant at first because she lacked restaurant experience. However, she quickly changed her mind after tasting our delicious chicken salad.
The two friends met with Kevin and Stacy Brown, the founders, who were very kind and enthusiastic about the company. Michelle and Julie realized they related with the Browns in many ways and wanted to give other people great career opportunities. Today, they own eleven locations and love being a part of the Chick family.
Fun facts about Julie and Michelle:
- Sometimes Julie can’t resist heading back to the kitchen to help prepare our chicken salad. She loves to cook!
- Michelle loves running and is proud to have completed the San Diego Marathon in 2002.
